The Secret's Out
Boka-Trnovo (8 km) is the most classic route and contains easy as well as more challenging rapids which make your rafting adventure memorable. The starting point in good water conditions is close to the 106 m high Boka waterfall. In the summer months, due to lower water level, the trip starts in Srpenica I (6 km). The descent with the big raft (up to 8 guests) starts in a calmer section and in 1,5 h rafting adventure you experience also rapids class IV. On the way, we stop for jumping, swimming, raft sliding and finish our journey in Trnovo I.
In the spring or autumn time, in case of good water conditions, you can set also on your 3h, 17km water adventure. The Zmuklica-Trnovo rafting section differs from the classic Boka-Trnovo section, especially in the length of the trip. We start the trip higher up the Soča river. The starting point of the trip is just a glimpse away from the Kal-Koritnica village where we descent with the big raft down to Trnovo I. On the whole river section we stop for swimming, boulder jumping, for the brave we can stop even for a jump of a hanging bridge. On the long trip we have a various combinations of calmer mystical parts as well as adrenalin-filled river sections.
Miniraft is the perfect activity if you wish to experience the adrenalin whitewater adventure in double. The miniraft is performed on the same section as the big raft Boka - Trnovo I, the difference is especially in the feeling of the river as the smaller size of the boat enables a more sensual connection to the river so we can experience the power of the river.

After a 30 min drive from Bovec, we reach a stone bridge crossing the Soča river. The bridge is called Napoleon bridge as in the time of his conquering, French troops were crossing the bridge. Do you know the sensation when you seem invincible? It has a name. Her name is Fratarica. Listen to the sound of her waterfalls hitting rocks, touch her cold flow, smell the freshness of her surroundings, take a look at her magnificence and taste the sweetness of her crystal current. Fratarica is located about 12 km from Bovec in the direction of Log pod Mangartom. This canyon requires more courage and physical fitness than is necessary in Sušec since this canyon is cut into one of the demanding rock faces in the Julian Alps – Loška Stena. The descent is steep and demanding, and the use of ropes is mandatory in the three waterfalls. Along the remaining portions of the route, the use of ropes is recommended. Including a bit more than a half an hour ascent to the entrance point of the canyon, your unforgettable adventure will require about 4 hours.
Climbing is not simply overcoming gravity. It should be seen as a kind of a chess match in the vertical, where the choice of moves in their proper sequence is essential. Bovec and it's surroundings
The greater Bovec region offers an interesting choice of cycling tours that are less demanding and therefore more suitable for those less experienced or families with children. A pleasant ride along the banks of the Soča river through shaded forests and across the soft forest floor provides an enjoyable experience of a different sort. Taking into account your desires, you and your guide together will determine your exact route. Your bike trip will begin and end at our agency office in the centre of Bovec.
The advantage of a trip up Mount Stol is that we transport you almost halfway to the summit and save you a grueling trip up the main asphalt road. Your cycling trip to the top is a steady climb of about one and a half hours duration along a solid gravel road with an altitude gain of approximately 700 meters. Your return trip encompasses a significantly greater altitude difference as you descend about 1200 meters along the old mule trails used by armies during World War I that lead back to the village of Žaga. From that point, we follow the Soča River back to Bovec. You will enjoy the relief of immersing your tired legs in the cold refreshing waters of the Soča for a moment. We will avoid the main road and travel along the left bank of the Soča to the village of Čezsoča and from there back to Bovec.
After a half an hour ride in our van, you will arrive at our starting point in the village of Livek where we are already at the halfway point of our ascent of Matajur. We will hop on our bikes and travel along a solid hiking path towards the mountain hut on Matajur (1545 m). Before you now lies the most fun part of the trip: a 12-kilometer descent with a 1400 meter altitude difference. Across the top of Matajur runs the border with our neighbouring country Italy. Our descent takes us to the village of San Pietro al Natisone where we will stop and enjoy some homemade ice cream from the local “gelateria”. In a relaxed atmosphere, sipping a famous Italian “latte macchiato,” you will wait for our van and driver who will transport back to Bovec. If you so wish, you may stop on your trip back to Bovec and see the Kobarid Museum. The museum boasts an impressive exhibition documenting events and battles that occurred on the Soča/Isonzo Front in the First World War and has received numerous awards, including the Council of Europe Museum Prize for the year 1993.

Soča downriver SUP tour
Spice up your life paddling on the rapids of the emerald Soča river. Stand up paddling expands well beyond the lakes. When you mastered the flat waters, you might want to challenge yourself on the white water. The tour takes place on an easy section of the Soča river. We start at the Čezsoča village (a few minutes away from the office) and finish next to the Boka waterfall (5km outside Bovec). After setting up equipment and refreshing paddling technique we hop on boards and start descending the river. It won’t be only paddling and catching the balance to stay on the board, but also taking time for jumping in the river, swimming, and enjoying the beautiful nature.
